 Instant pain relief!! Mar 08, 2010
My back and neck hurts all the time, ive been diagnosed of having spine lordosis. i just ordered this item last week, and with just 5 uses ive felt greater relief of pain everywhere !!

Very nice invention, kinda scary at first, when you follow the directions and take it slow doing it right you will feel (and hear) everything pop back into alignment. Make sure to read directions before trying it out, you must be careful getting off of it as well. Its lightweight and it slides right under my coffee table for storage. Its an excellent alternative to having a chiropractor do a simple back adjustment for you. But that is all that it does, re-align the back.
It's long, it works , but DO NOT use if you have SCIOLOSIS!!! Feb 28, 2010
The website does not tell you that you are NOT to use this if you have sciolosis! I know it works to align your spine because after using it for 4 nights, I got terrible lower back pain last night and today I cannot walk without taking prescription pain medicine. Even with that I still can barely walk very slowly, holding on to counters, doors, anything for support, and hunched over! I just hope my pain goes quickly.
I believe:
1. It works to move your spine, but do not, please do not use it with sciolosis.
2. It is uncomfortable but not so bad in my opinion.
3. I am just under 5'2" and I think it is too long for me. It went right up to the base of my skull and hurt at that location to lay upon.
4. I am returning it due to the horrible low back pain I now have, but would have kept it if I did not have sciolosis.
5. I gave 4 stars because it does work or I would not have this horrible back pain due to the shifting of my spine, but buyer beware please!!

My back pain was getting so bad I couldn't sit for longer than an hour at a time. I couldn't afford to go to a chiropractor or a massage therapist. I was skeptical about the spineworx because it really seemed too good to be true for that cheap price. I looked at it for about a month before finally deciding it was worth a shot. Best $30 I've ever spent. I got it about 2 weeks ago and my back hasn't hurt at all since then!

I purchased this for my daughter who often complains of her back aching. She saw this online and wanted to try it. We have gone to the chiropractor but thought if we had something at home to use it may be helpful. She loves using this and feels better afterwards. I have tried it and it seemed a bit painful to me with the stretching so it may depend on the person. It has kept us from going to the chiropractor but I did feel the overall cost was a bit high.
