Not very effective May 13, 2007
I was looking for something that would really help enforce my posture, but this was pretty uncomfortable and not very effective. The arm wraps were scratchy again the skin and it didn't do much to help push your back into a neutral position. You are more aware of staying straight, but only because it's there; not because it works.

Very disappointed....

I have tried a couple of products to assist me in keeping my upper back in proper posture. This is the best by far. It reminds me to hold my shoulders back and gives me the support I need to make that happen without a struggle or pain. I also noticed that with proper posture my breathing also improved because I was not collapsing my ribcage. Easy does it: You're retraining muscles so consider not wearing it all day the first day. Don't overdo!! Be sure to measure and don't take your bra size for granted as the proper size, ladies. I ordered a large because I wear a 36 bra, but I actually measure 32 where they said measure, so I needed to exchange. The fit is comfortable and you can cinch the sides to adjust the amount of support you want. Overall, I was very pleased. Oh, customer service from Allegro was great, too. A good Amazon vendor.
