Tried for Plantar Fasciitis Jun 22, 2008 I bought this about 18 months ago and have used it for all 18 months but still have plantar fasciitis. I've had a shot, taken steroids, bought MBT shoes and purchased/wear prescription orthotics and still suffer. My case of PF is clearly difficult to get rid of so maybe this works better for the "average" case of PF.
Great product Apr 20, 2008 I used this product during pysical terapy and loved the stretch I could get with it. Works great on tight calves and plantar fasciitis.
Great product Apr 06, 2008 The ProStretch Unilateral is a great product. Simple, easy to use, and effective, my calves and feet now receive a good stretch every day. I truly believe that this product enables me to stretch deeper and more effectively than I can on my own.

Preventing heel injuries with ProStretch Feb 20, 2008 I'm a 61-year old semi-competitive runner who usually forgets to stretch AFTER a brisk run. My physical therapist recommended ProStretch to prevent plantar fasciitis. I tried one and it really helps relieve my heel pains.
I don't run 5k as fast as I did 25 years ago, but my times are improving again. Few 60+ runners show up so I usually compete with the 50-59 age group. ProStretch is helping fight the effects of aging. My best races may still be ahead.

Prostretch is worth it. Feb 15, 2008 Prostretch is a great device. Although I still have plantar faciitis it definitely helps with stretching the calves before and after a run.
